SPEL offers a range of synthetic chain oils are based on proven synthetics including Esters, Polyalphaolefin (PAO) and Polyglycols. These synthetic chain oils have good ‘Viscosity Index’ characteristics enabling them to operate in chains of conveyors, furnaces and driers of industries like glass, wood panel, insulation, gypsum, aluminum packaging, automobile industry, plastic film or food processing. In these industries the operating temperature of in service chain oil is in high range between +120 °C and +220 °C, can also reach very high temperatures, over 280 °C, and extreme, up to 300 °C.
Applications of Ultra High Temperature
Stenter Machines
These oils are primarily used in the lubrication of the chain systems in stenter machines, which are critical in the process of heat-setting and drying textiles.
High-Temperature Operations
They are suitable for any application where the machinery operates at ultra-high temperatures, including the bearings, rollers, and chains of stenter machines.
Textile Manufacturing
Beyond stenter machines, these oils can also be used in other textile machinery components that experience high temperatures, such as tenter frames and drying ovens.
