GEAR SPEL SYNTH PG series is an advanced synthetic heavy-duty industrial gear oil formulated using specially selected polyalkylene glycol base fluids and specialized extreme pressure (EP) additives.
These fully synthetic, polyalkylene glycol (PAG) lubricants were developed for use under operating conditions beyond the capabilities of other synthetic lubricants and mineral oils. Their low pour points ensure excellent low-temperature fluidity.
It offers outstanding lubrication performance under severe operating conditions, including improved energy efficiency, long service life and high resistance to micro-pitting. readily separates water unlike other PAG products which are water soluble.

FREEZE SPEL SYNTH PG grades are formulated and recommended for use in all types of industrial gearboxes where high loadings and speed can cause temperatures approaching the design limit of the equipment. It delivers outstanding performance in lubrication of filled for life gearboxes, high ratio/lowefficiency worm gears, especially for heavy-duty, severe service applications such as those used in conveyers, escalators, material handling, press drives, packaging machinery, ski lifts, agitators and mixers. Other gear and bearing applications in the cement, metalworking, plastics, food and textile finishing industries.
